Product Representation
Each product is individually photographed and represents the exact item offered for sale. Due to the use of natural materials, including leather, and variations in lighting or display settings, slight differences in color or appearance may occur. Such variations are inherent and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.
Intended Use & Fit
All tack, including but not limited to bridles, bits, and saddle pads, must be properly selected, fitted, and adjusted in accordance with accepted equestrian practices. The suitability of any product depends on the individual horse and rider, and remains the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Assumption of Risk
Equestrian activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. By purchasing or using our products, the customer acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with horseback riding, handling, and related activities.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Company Name] shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of its products.
In no event shall liability exceed the purchase price of the product.
Warranty
We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase under normal use and proper care. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper use, incorrect fitting, or damage caused by animals.
Bits & Control Equipment
Bits and related equipment function as communication tools between horse and rider. Their effectiveness depends on proper selection, fitting, and use. No guarantee is made regarding behavioral outcomes or control of any animal.
Apparel
Apparel items are designed for performance and comfort and are not intended as protective equipment unless explicitly stated.
Care & Maintenance
All equipment must be regularly inspected and properly maintained. Continued use of worn or damaged equipment is at the user’s own risk.
Returns & Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order items are final sale. Standard items may be returned within 10 days if unused and in original condition.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
